1. Overview
Due to the digital nature of products sold on GetDigitals.in, all sales are generally final. Once a Google Drive link is shared and the files have been accessed or downloaded, the product is considered delivered.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. We will always try to resolve genuine issues first โ and in eligible technical cases, a refund may be approved.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations only:
2.1 File Download Failure
- The purchased product cannot be downloaded due to a verified technical issue on our side.
2.2 Corrupted or Broken File
- The file is damaged, unreadable, or completely inaccessible after multiple attempts.
2.3 Wrong Product Delivery
- An incorrect file or wrong bundle was delivered to you, and we are unable to send the correct one.
3. Support Before Refund
Before approving any refund, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Providing fresh, working Google Drive download links
- Sending replacement files
- Offering technical troubleshooting and assistance
- Using an alternate delivery method (WhatsApp file transfer, mirror link, etc.)
Most issues are resolved within minutes once you reach out on WhatsApp โ no refund needed.
4. Refund Approval
If no workable solution is possible after support attempts, eligible customers may receive a refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI / Bank account) within 5โ7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Personal preference (you didn't like the style / content)
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Files that have already been successfully downloaded and accessed
- Failure to read the product description, what's-included list, or compatibility details before buying
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once delivery has begun โ meaning the Google Drive link or any part of the bundle has been shared with you.
If you wish to cancel before delivery starts, contact us on WhatsApp immediately at +91 63753 51903. If the product has not yet been delivered, we will cancel and refund your payment in full.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible issue:
- Step 1: WhatsApp us at +91 63753 51903 within 48 hours of purchase.
- Step 2: Share your order details โ UPI transaction ID / screenshot, bundle name, and the issue you're facing.
- Step 3: Our support team will troubleshoot first. If the issue cannot be resolved, we approve the refund.
- Step 4: Refund is processed to your original UPI / bank account within 5โ7 business days.
